## overview
Cuban marketplace with shops, products and services, built from scratch and operated in production. Next.js frontend with a custom API client; modular NestJS backend (sellers, catalog, analytics, WhatsApp notifications) on PostgreSQL and Redis.
Infrastructure runs on a self-managed VPS with Docker Swarm: Traefik as reverse proxy with automatic TLS, Vault for secret management, and an observability stack with Prometheus and Grafana watching service availability 24/7.
